The Construction Path of High-quality Grassroots Party Branch in State-owned Enterprises
This research focues on the governance structure of the grassroots party branch of state-owned enterprises,analyzes the key points of the party branch,team management and the role and function of the branch secretary to provide reference for the construction of high-quality grassroots party branches of state-owned enterprises.The study has found that the only way to build high-quality basic party branches includes the following:the branch work must be realistic,team management needs to talk about methods,encouraging party members to talk about benefits,the branch secretary should take the lead in demonstration and strict requirements of their own.The secretary of the grassroots party branch plays an important role in the construction of the branch,and it is necessary to firmly establish the thinking of party building,grasp the practical work of party building,and implement the overall leadership of the Party over state-owned enterprises.
