Synthesis,Crystal Structure,and Hirshfeld Surface Analysis of Novel Iron Metal Complexes
Two novel iron complexes[Fe2(L1')2(DMSO)2]·2DMSO·C4H10S2(1)(H3L1'=(E)-2,4-dichloro-6-((4-((3,5-dichloro-2-hydroxybenzylidene)amino)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)(hydroxy)methyl)phenol,DMSO=dimethyl sulfoxide,C4H10S2=1,3-dimethyl-1λ4,3λ4-dithiabicyclo[1.1.0]butane)and[Fe2(L2')2(DMSO)2]·2DMSO·C4H10S2(2)(H3L2'=(E)-2,4-dibromo-6-((4-((3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxybenzylidene)amino)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)(hydro-xy)methyl)phenol)were synthesized by solvothermal method.Complexes 1 and Complexes 2 have similar structures and belong to the triclinic crystal system with Pī space group.The molecular structure of the complexes contains two Fe ions,two ligand molecules,two DMSO molecules and two free solvent molecules.Both iron ions are six-coordinated octahedral FeNO5 configuration.The interaction forces between the complexes were analyzed by the Hirshfeld surface analysis diagram and two-dimensional fingerprinting.
