摘要
数智时代已经来临,算法控制技术不仅可能损害数字劳动者的身体健康,还可能导致数字劳动者丧失工作价值感、产生精神抑郁等心理健康问题.但是,感知算法控制对数字劳动者健康的影响机制依然是个"黑箱".文章采用扎根理论方法,探究算法控制对数字劳动者健康的影响机制.研究结论揭示了算法控制干扰员工工作的过程,即算法控制通过加重数字劳动者的工作控制负荷感和心理监控负担感,进而危害数字劳动者的身心健康.文章提出的算法控制技术危害员工身心健康的影响过程模型,深化了算法控制的暗面理论.
Abstract
The era of digital intelligence has arrived.Algorithm control may not only harm the physical health of digital workers but also lead to employees'mental health problems such as loss of work value and mental disorder.However,the influence of perceived algorithm control on digital workers'health is still a"black box".Using the Grounded Theory approach,this study explored the mechanism of perceived algorithmic control in influencing digital workers'psychical and psychological health.The results revealed that algorithmic control interferes with employees'work processes,increasing the sense of work overcontrol and over-monitoring psychological states,thereby endangering employees'physical and mental health.This study proposed a process model of algorithmic harm to the physical and mental health of employees,deepening the dark side theory of algorithmic control.
