木质素改性与热解产物的关系研究

以杉木为初始原料,选用四种分离方法得到的木质素为磨木木质素(MWL)、碱木质素(AL)、酶解/温和酸解木质素(EMAL)、盐酸-甲醛改性木质素(FAL)及一种碱木质素脱甲基化改性木质素(D-AL),重点比较了不同木质素在 400,500,600℃下热解液相产物的分布及热解焦炭得率的差异。发现热解挥发分得率顺序为MWL>FAL>EMAL>AL>D-AL。Cα—OH和Cβ—OH的保护能有效降低焦炭得率,提高热解产物中松伯醛和 4-丙烯基-2-甲氧基苯酚两种高附加值化学品的得率。
Study of the Relationship Between Lignin Modification and Pyrolysis Products
Using Cunninghamia lanceolata as the raw material,four types of lignin obtained by four separation methods were selected:milled wood lignin(MWL),alkali lignin(AL),enzyme-modified/mild-acid-labile lignin(EMAL),hydrochloric acid-formaldehyde-modified lignin(FAL),and a kind of alkali lignin demethylation-modified lignin(D-AL).The differences in pyrolysis liquid phase distribution and pyrolysis coke yield were compared among different lignin at 400℃,500℃and 600℃.It was found that the pyrolysis volatile fraction yields were in the order of MWL>FAL>EMAL>AL>D-AL,and the protection of Cα-OH and Cβ-OH effectively reduced the coke yields and increased the yields of the two high-value-added chemicals,coniferaldehyde and 4-acryl-2-methoxyphenol,in the pyrolysis products.
