Exploration of University Students'Grid Management from the Perspective of"One-Stop"
The implementation of a"one-stop"comprehensive management service model on university campuses is a critical reform initiative aimed at fully implementing the Country's important discussions on the education sector. This initiative seeks to enhance the systematic, refined, and scientific levels of the'three alls'(all-staff,all-process,all-aspects)talent cultivation work in contemporary higher education institutions. As a unique form of management, the grid-based management of college students requires students to adopt a grid concept in handling social affairs. From this perspective, the research identifies that the task of student grid management is to effectively instill modern concepts among students of different age groups, genders, origins, and majors, with the aim of nurturing individuals who can proactively engage in social affairs and adapt to future development environments as qualified talents for the new era.Based on this mission, the study conceptualizes the grid-based management of college students as a quasi-community,akin to how schools prepare talents for various industries, with the goal of delivering more high-quality talents to the future.
