At present,the global higher education service market has taken shape,requiring many high-quality international talents with a global vision and proficiency in foreign languages.Public English teachers,who undertake all professional college English courses,play an important role in adapting to the change of ecological environment.Based on the principles of ecosystem management,through scientific symbiosis field view,organizational symbiosis development view,and human endogenous philosophy view,the endogenous development and value logic of public English teachers are scientifically analyzed,to explore the endogenous relationship of symbiosis and development logic and realization path of public English teachers.Symbiosis is the guarantee of teacher development,providing teachers with an ideal field.Endogenesis is the foundation of teachers'development and the philosophical logical starting point of teachers'healthy and rapid development.
