摘要
新时代人才强国战略是建设中国特色社会主义现代化强国的重要保障,中国海外留学生群体作为我们国家社会主义建设的重要人才资源,加强该群体的思想政治教育显得尤为重要.文中全面分析总结了中国海外留学生思想政治教育的现实意蕴、时代使命和实践要求,认为新时代背景下中国海外留学生思想政治教育应贯穿于留学前、留学中、留学后三个阶段以及国家、社会和学校三个层面.实施"三三制"模式可为推动中国海外留学生思想政治教育走深走实提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
In the new journey of building a modern socialist power with Chinese characteristics,the strategy of human resource development is the route one must take.As an important think tank for China's socialism advance,it is essential for Chinese overseas students to receive the ideological and political education.This study provides comprehensive analysis of the significance,mission,and practical requirements of ideological and political education for Chinese overseas students and explores the 3-3 System with workable reference that should be implemented at the national,social,and school levels in the context of the new era.
