Difficulties,Necessities,and Practical Paths of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for Normal University Students Under the Integration of Disciplines
The development of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education for normal university students under the background of interdisciplinary integration has strong research significance,providing reference for cultivating talents with open thinking,innovative thinking,and entrepreneurial abilities in normal universities.This research takes the innovation and entrepreneurship project of college normal students as an analysis case,focuses on the difficulties faced by college normal students in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education,points out its necessity,and uses practical cases to analyze the path of improving the level of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education for college normal students under the cross disciplinary integration.The results indicate that the chances of winning awards in the innovation and entrepreneurship project competition for normal university students are low,the reserve of innovative talents is insufficient,and the project development model is single.Therefore,it is particularly necessary for normal university students to improve their level of entrepreneurship and innovation education through interdisciplinary integration.By strengthening top-level design and optimizing targeted institutional incentives and guarantees,it aims to innovate the"one improvement,three optimizations"system mechanism linkage,and strive to cultivate innovative talents who meet the requirements of the times and have open thinking,innovative thinking,and entrepreneurial abilities.Focusing on the task of building a new normal education center,it will optimize the dual innovation and education system in the reform of teacher education models and promote the highlighting and enhancement of core competitiveness in the education information strategy.
