超细砂置换量对不同标号混凝土工作性能和强度的影响

摘要
利用超细砂置换河砂可缓解河砂资源短缺问题,为此研究超细砂置换河砂对混凝土性能的影响规律,将超细砂置换等质量河砂,对不同标号混凝土的坍落度、扩展度和 28 d抗压强度进行试验.结果显示,置换量为 10%时,C30 和C35 混凝土的坍落度和扩展度明显降低,而抗压强度有所提高;当置换量分别为20%和30%时,坍落度和扩展度进一步降低,抗压强度则小幅降低.因此,利用超细砂置换河砂制备混凝土具有可行性,但置换量不宜超过 20%且适用于对混凝土工作性能要求不高的工程.
Abstract
The replacement of river sand with ultra-fine sand can alleviate the shortage of river sand resources.To investigate the impact of ultra-fine sand as a substitute for river sand on concrete performance,experiments were conducted to evaluate the slump,spread,and 28-day compressive strength of various concrete grades when ultra-fine sand replaced an equivalent mass of river sand.The results indicate that at a 10%substitution rate,the slump and spread of C30 and C35 concrete significantly decrease,while compressive strength increases.At substitution rates of 20%and 30%,the slump and spread continue to decrease,and compressive strength slightly diminishes.Therefore,it is feasible to prepare concrete using ultra-fine sand as a partial substitute for river sand,but the substitution rate should not exceed 20%to ensure adequate workability,making it suitable for projects with lower requirements for concrete workability.
