摘要
目的 探讨Teach-Back联合归因训练在膀胱癌术后尿路造口患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2023年1月至2023年9月在广东省佛山市南海区人民医院泌尿外科接受治疗的60例膀胱癌术后尿路造口患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例,对照组采取常规护理,研究组采用Teach-Back联合归因训练的护理方法.比较两组患者干预前及干预后1个月创伤后成长评定问卷(Chinese-posttraumatic growth inventory,C-PTGI)、自我护理能力量表(exercise of self-care agency scale,ESCA)、一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)评分结果.结果 干预后,研究组C-PTGI、ESCA、GSES评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 Teach-Back联合归因训练在膀胱癌术后尿路造口患者中能提升患者自我管理及护理能力,提升其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Teach-Back combined with attribution training in patients with urinary stoma after bladder cancer surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients with bladder cancer undergoing urostomy from January 2023 to September 2023 in the Department of Urology,Nanhai District People's Hospital of Foshan were divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the study group was given Teach-Back and attribution training.The Chinese post-traumatic growth rating scale(C-PTGI),exercise of self-care agency scale(ESC A)and general self-efficacy scale(GSES)were compared between the two groups before and 1 month after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of C-PTGI,ESCA and GSES in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Teach-back combined with attribution training can improve the self-management and nursing ability and quality of life in patients with urinary stoma after bladder cancer operation.
