摘要
报告1例发生于左侧肾脏实质的炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤(inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor,IMT)的诊治过程.该患者临床表现及影像学表现不典型,在患者同意及术前讨论后采用腹腔镜下左肾部分切除术,术后病理提示IMT,术后3个月随访未见复发转移.这是一种少见的良性肿瘤,本文对类似文献报道进行复习,以提高对该疾病的认识.
Abstract
The diagnosis and treatment of a case of inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor(IMT)occurring in the left renal parenchyma were reported.This patient had a typical clinical presentation and imaging,and he was treated with laparoscopic partial left nephrectomy after patient's consent and preoperative discussion,with postoperative pathology suggestive of IMT.No recurrence of metastasis was seen at 3-month postoperative follow-up,and this is a rare benign tumor.In this article,we review similar reports in the literature to improve the understanding of this disease.
