摘要

手术导航技术通过在术中实时提供关于病灶位置以及周边解剖结构的信息,有助于弥补机器人辅助腹腔镜手术中外科医师缺失的触觉反馈,提高手术的安全性和有效性.以影像导航手术(image-guided surgery,IGS)、荧光导航手术(fluorescence-guided surgery,FGS)为代表的手术导航技术在多种泌尿外科机器人辅助手术中得到了应用,可用于识别血管等重要解剖结构、辨认肿瘤边缘、定位病灶以及评估组织血流灌注,不仅能够降低手术风险,还能够辅助医师更精准地切除病灶,更好地保护术后器官功能.本文详细介绍了手术导航技术在多种泌尿外科机器人辅助手术中的应用进展,强调了这类技术在提高手术精确性、保护正常组织、改善术后恢复等方面的潜在优势.

Abstract

Surgical navigation technology,by providing real-time intraoperative information regarding the location of lesions and surrounding anatomical structures,helps compensate for the lack of tactile feedback experienced by surgeons during robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery and enhances the safety and efficacy of the procedures.Surgical navigation techniques,such as image-guided surgery(IGS)and fluorescence-guided surgery(FGS),have been applied in various robot-assisted urological surgeries.These technologies are used to identify vital anatomical structures like blood vessels,delineate tumor margins,locate lesions,and assess tissue perfusion.They can not only reduce surgical risks,but also assist surgeons in precisely excising lesions and better preserving postoperative organ function,leading to improved surgical outcomes.This article provides a detailed overview of the advancements in the application of surgical navigation technologies in various robot-assisted urological surgeries,highlighting the potential benefits of these technologies in enhancing surgical precision,protecting normal tissues,and improving postoperative recovery.
