本文通过研究四连杆机构的后悬架设计,分析悬架类型的特点,再利用UG软件的运动仿真研究后减振的刚度曲线,同时仿真分析连接对象的受力情况,通过对比弹簧刚度的变化、受力情况、减振压缩行程等参数,将后轮载货、后轮位移尺寸与减振压缩情况形成完整的对应关系,最终通过优化参数获得最佳的设计结果,提高设计效率.
Design of Rear Suspension with Four-Link for Motorcycle and Motion Simulation(1)
This article studies the design of the rear suspension with a four link mechanism and analyzes the characteristics of the suspension type.Through adoption of motion simulation of UG software,it studies the stiffness curve of the rear shock absorber.At the same time,the force situation of the connecting object is simulated and analyzed.By comparing the changes in spring stiffness,force situation,and compression stroke etc.,a complete corresponding relationship is formed between the rear wheel load,rear wheel displacement size,and compression situation,Ultimately,the optimal design results are obtained by optimizing parameters,improving the design efficiency.
