摩托车铝合金轮毂碳足迹核算及其影响因素

通过对国内摩托车轮毂生产工厂碳排放量的研究,探索在碳约束条件下的摩托车碳足迹核算方法及其影响因素.从某摩托车铝合金轮毂制造企业2022年生产情况的调研数据得知,该企业生产的900万件摩托车铝合金轮毂碳足迹合计为47.16万t CO2当量,平均每个轮毂碳足迹为52.4kg CO2当量.其中铝锭间接排放碳足迹为40.83万tCO2当量,占全部碳足迹的85.36%;电力间接排放碳足迹2.77万t CO2当量,占全部碳足迹的5.87%;天然气燃烧直接排放碳足迹3.56万t CO2当量,占全部碳足迹的8.77%.
Carbon Footprint Calculation of Motorcycle Aluminum Alloy Wheels and its Influencing Factors
Basing on the study on the carbon emissions of motorcycle wheel hub factor ies in home,the calculation method on motorcycle carbon footprint under the condition of carbon constraint and its influencing factors are illustrated.From the investigation data for the production situation of a motorcycle aluminum-alloy wheel enterprise in 2022,the carbon footprint of 9 million aluminum-alloy wheels produced by these enterprise is 471,600 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent,and the average carbon footprint of each wheel is 52.4 kilograms of carbon dioxide equivalent.The indirect carbon footprint of aluminum ingot was 408,300 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent,accounting for 85.36of that the total carbon footprint.The indirect carbon footprint of electric power was 27,700 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent,accounting for 5.87%of the total carbon footprint.Natural gas combustion directly emitted a carbon footprint of 35,600 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent,accounting for 8.77%of the total carbon footprint.
