Evaluation System of Higher Vocational College Labor Education on the Basis of CSE Model
The CSE evaluation model has the characteristics of both process evaluation and result evaluation,and it provides theoretical support for the current reform of labor education evaluation in higher vocational colleges.According to the survey results of 8 higher vocational education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this study used the CSE model for analysis.The indicators of higher vocational labor education evaluation are composed of 13 first-level indica-tors and 29 second-level indicators.In its operation,it should form a career-oriented dynamic mech-anism,a cooperative mechanism of multi-subject evaluation,a dynamic adjustment mechanism of labor education evaluation,a pathway mechanism of multiple evaluation methods,etc.Through the practical reflection on the evaluation of higher vocational labor education in the use of the CSE mod-el,the ways to effectively improve the quality of labor education are to build high-quality profession-al teachers,raise special funds for labor education,carry out diversified labor practice activities,and create an open and interactive teaching atmosphere.
