Reform and Practice of Project-Based Teaching on the Base of Capability-Orientation:A Case Study of the Course of Fire Engineering
Fire Engineering is a characteristic course of safety engineering,with the characteristics such as many contents,little correlation between chapters,strong independence,involving a large number of regulations,etc.Adopting project-based teaching and cultivating students'ability can en-able students to better grasp fire knowledge and solve practical problems.In the process of project-based teaching,teachers guide students to learn knowledge and skills by asking questions,compil-ing phrases,and combining online and offline teaching,and give timely feedback and guidance.Project-based teaching mode can not only cultivate students'innovative thinking and cooperation ability,but also improve teachers'teaching ability.
