Diploma Illness:Constraints and Relief of High-Quality Development in Higher Education
There is a dialectical relationship between the high-quality development of higher educa-tion and"diploma disease",that is,the development of higher education speeds up the deterioration of"diploma disease",while the appearance of"diploma disease"hinders the progress and develop-ment of higher education.In the long-term development process of higher education,serious diseas-es,such as the decline of the value of diploma itself,the emergence of diploma doctrine and the out-break of diploma crisis,have been shown,which restricts the high-quality development process of higher education.The macro planning level of national higher education,the remodeling level of so-cial diploma values and the play of the value of college diplomas themselves need to break the shack-les,restart the control of enrollment expansion programs,break the solidifying model of"diploma first"and adhere to the bottom line of diplomas,and reshape the healthy relationship and balance of education,diploma and education.
