"Gravity-Stability-Endurance":How Can Application-Oriented College Graduates Find the Employment in Overseas Engineering Projects?
Using qualitative research methods,12 applied undergraduate college graduates from Z central enterprises'overseas engineering projects in the countries along the"Belt and Road"were se-lected as interview subjects to discuss their employment status in overseas engineering projects.In the early stage of entry,"poverty alleviation","curiosity","professional technology"and"open per-sonality"constitute the attraction of work;in the adaptation period,yearning for foreign culture,re-specting local culture,growing self-confidence in cultural collision,reflecting on the national cul-ture and so on constitute the work of concentration;in the stable period,"high-quality income"and"emotional loss"become the endurance to continue to work on overseas engineering projects.
