Current Situation,Problems and Paths of International Talent Training in Local Universities:Taking Shaanxi Province as an Example
Training the international talents with global vision and innovative consciousness,cut-ting-edge professional knowledge structure,high political and ideological quality and cross-cultural communication ability is the proper meaning of high-quality development of local universities.After investigating the current situation of international talents training in Shaanxi local colleges and uni-versities,it is found that the main problems are vague talent training goals,lack of teachers,weak localization curriculum construction,and few projects of high-level Chinese-foreign cooperative edu-cational institutions.With the help of the concept of local internationalization,local colleges and uni-versities should strengthen the international quality of teachers,integrate high-quality education re-sources at home and abroad,build the local international curriculum and teaching system,and strict-ly control the quality education of international students in order to continuously improve the quality of international talent training.
