随着数字技术的快速发展,高校思政课面临诸如教育主体的去中心化、教育场域的移动化、教育内容的碎片化等新特点。这些特点对高校思政课教师教育能力形成了现实挑战,主要集中在教育目标时代性、教育内容系统性、教育方法有效性以及教育评价过程性四个维度。这些挑战决定了数字时代高校思政课教师教育能力提升的必要性,但其实践路径的可行性并不仅仅依赖于教师的个人努力,还需要高校平台和社会环境所发挥的重要作用。只有通过教师个人的努力提升、高校平台的全力支持和社会环境的通力配合才能有效提升高校思政课教师的教育能力,以适应数字时代的思政教育需求。
Challenges and Countermeasures of Improving the Educational Ability of Ideological and Political Teachers in Colleges and Universities in the Digital Age
With the rapid development of digital technology,ideological and political courses in colleges and universities are faced with new features such as the decentralization of educational subjects,the mobility of educational fields,and the fragmentation of educational content.These characteristics have formed a realistic challenge to the educational ability of teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,mainly focusing on four dimensions:the epochal educational goal,the systematic educational content,and the effectiveness of educational methods and the process of edu-cational evaluation.These challenges determine the necessity of improving the educational ability of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities in the digital era,but the feasibility of its practical path not only depends on the personal efforts of teachers,but also needs the important role of university platform and social environment.Only through the efforts of teachers,the full support of the university platform and the full cooperation of the social environment can the educational ability of teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities be effectively improved to meet the needs of ideological and political education in the digital age.
