摘要
思政课教师队伍高质量发展是加快教育强国建设的重大战略需求,也是实现中国式教师教育现代化发展的必然要求.思政课教师应以教育家为职业榜样,以教育家精神赋能职业发展.高校要帮助思政课教师队伍在价值引领、师德建设、技能培育、创新探索、品质铸就、境界提升等方面实现高质量发展,引导思政课教师树立以教育家精神为核心的职业发展观,助力教育强国建设.
Abstract
The high-quality development of ideological and political teachers is a major strategic de-mand for accelerating the construction of a powerful education country,and also an inevitable re-quirement for realizing the modernization of Chinese-style teacher education.Ideological and politi-cal teachers should take educators as professional models and enable their professional development with the spirit of educators.Colleges and universities should help ideological and political teachers to achieve high-quality development in the aspects of value guidance,ethics construction,skills cul-tivation,innovation and exploration,quality casting,and realm improvement.They guide ideologi-cal and political teachers to establish a professional development concept with the spirit of educators as the core,and help the construction of a powerful education country.
