考察21世纪以来学者们关于拔尖创新人才培养的研究成果,无论是内涵、模式、政策和成效等,研究结论都将症结指向了制度设计。博弈论的分析视角打开了制度设计的新思路。基于制度设计的内在要求与拔尖创新人才培养的关键环节,高校要从相关利益方、信息不对称、合作与竞争、激励机制方面运用博弈论思维进行制度设计,优化资源配置并提高人才培养成效。
Game in System Design:An Investigation into Top Innovative Talent Training
After investigation of the research results of scholars on the top innovative talents training since the 21st Century,the research conclusions point to the crux of the system design,whether it is connotation,model,policy,effect,etc.The analytical perspective of game theory opens up the new ideas for institutional design.Based on the internal requirements of system design and the key link of top-notch innovative talents training,colleges and universities should use game theory think-ing to design the system from the aspects of relevant stakeholders,information asymmetry,cooper-ation and competition,and incentive mechanism,optimize the allocation of resources,and improve the effectiveness of talent training.
