在全球经济深度融合与信息技术迅猛发展的时代下,我国物流管理专业人才培养迎来全新的挑战与机遇。然而,地方院校物流管理专业本科教学中普遍存在的理论与实践脱节、学生定量分析能力薄弱等问题严重制约物流管理人才的培养质量。为了应对这一现状,物流管理专业要探索赛教融合教学模式在本科生定量分析能力培养中的创新应用。实践证明,该模式能提升物流管理本科生的定量分析和实践应用能力,为物流产业的升级和发展提供人才保障。
Innovative Practice Research on Improving the Quantitative Analysis Abilities of Logistics Undergraduates through the Integration of Competition and Teaching
In the era of deep integration of global economy and rapid development of information technology,the training of logistics management professionals in China has ushered in new chal-lenges and opportunities.However,the common problems of disconnection between theory and practice and weak quantitative analysis ability of students in the undergraduate teaching of logistics management in local colleges seriously restrict the training quality of logistics management talents.In order to cope with this situation,the major of logistics management should explore the innova-tive application of the teaching mode of integration of competition and teaching in the training of quantitative analysis ability of undergraduates.Practice has proved that this model can improve the quantitative analysis and practical application ability of undergraduates in logistics management,and provide the talent guarantee for the upgrading and development of logistics industry.
