摘要
和谐导学关系的构建是导师队伍建设乃至研究生培养质量提升的关键因素.以某重点大学为例,从支持引导、共同创造、权责沟通、主体感受四个维度针对研究生导学关系进行了调查和访谈.结果显示:样本学校研究生导学关系整体状态良好,但仍存在部分"老板雇员型"以及"放任自由型"的导学关系模式.不和谐导学关系的致因主要来自师生双方在利益、目标设定、行为选择、心理感知等方面的冲突.高校要从加强导学主体去功利化的政策引导、进一步提高对导学主体的心理关注度、持续性优化学生科研能力培养体系等方面来优化导学关系.
Abstract
The construction of harmonious supervisor-postgraduate relationship is the key factor of the construction of the tutor team and the improvement of the quality of graduate training.Taking a key university as an example,this paper investigates and interviews the relationship of supervisor-postgraduate students from four dimensions:support and guidance,co-creation,power and respon-sibility communication and subject feeling.The results show that the overall state of supervisor-postgraduate relationship in the sample schools is good,but there are still some"boss-employee"and"laissez-faire".The cause of the disharmonious relationship is mainly the conflict between teach-ers and students in the aspects of interests,goal setting,behavior choice and psychological percep-tion,etc.In order to optimize the relationship of guidance,universities should strengthen the policy guidance of deutilitarian subjects,further improve the psychological attention to the subjects,and continuously optimize the cultivation system of students'scientific research ability.
