Practicte of technical reformation of separation process system in Jinqiao Coal Preparation Plant of Jining Mining Group
By analyzing the problems of low recovery rate of clean coal and high calorific value of middlings coal in Jinqiao Coal preparation plant,combining with the actual situation of Jinqiao coal preparation plant,the heavy medium cyclone was replaced by technical transformation,and the slime reconcentration system was added.The production practice shows that Jinqiao Coal preparation plant can recover 16,000 t/a clean coal through the technological transformation of process system,and create economic benefits of 25 million yuan/a,with significant economic benefits.
