Research on the application of three products coal slime heavy medium cyclone in Ronghui Coal preparation Plant
The structure and working principle of the three-product coal slime heavy medium cyclone are introduced.A pilot test was conducted in Ronghui Coal preparation Plant in order to test the separation effect of three products slime heavy mesocyclone on different feedstock.The results show that the three productscoal slime heavy medium cyclone has a good separation effect on the particles larger than 0.125 mm:(1)For the coal slime with a ash content of 30.23％and particle size larger than 0.125 mm,the ash content of clean coal is 9.63％,the ash content of middling coal is 41.82％,and the ash content of gangue is 65.86％.(2)For the coal slime with a ash content of 15.06％and particle size larger than 0.125 mm,the ash content of the clean coal is 8.69％,the ash content of middling coal is 34.46％,and the ash content of gangue is 63.42％.
