针对絮凝沉降加药过程中存在的问题,设计了煤泥水浓缩池自动加药系统,通过实时检测浓缩机澄清水层、中间水层、沉淀层的絮凝效果和溢流水水质数据来修正调整加药量,实现对浓缩池加药系统的精确控制;同时,通过检测底流浓度,防止压耙等事故的发生;通过检测滤液水微小流量,判读压滤结束时机,通过检测滤液水颗粒浓度,判断板框损坏、滤布呲包等故障情况,实现压滤机智能高效运行.该系统在棋盘井选煤厂的生产实践中取得了显著的社会和经济效益.
Design and application of automatic adding chemical system for coal slime water thickener
Flocculation settling is an important link in the treatment of slime water.To solve of the problems in process of adding chemical for flocculating settling,an automatic adding chemical system for coal slime water thickener is designed.The flocculation effect of clarified water layer,intermediate water layer,precipitate layer,and overflow water quality data are detected in real time to correct and adjust the dosage,and that realize accuracy control of automatic adding chemical system for coal slime water thickener.Meanwhile,the press rake can be avoid by the bottom flow concentration detection,the appropriate stop time of filter pressing can be identified by detecting small flow of filtrate water,and the breakdown of frame and the leak of filter can be timely judged by detecting particle concentration of filtrate water.The above methods realize intelligent and efficient operation of the press filter.
