针对公乌素煤矿选煤厂二期生产系统重介分选系统存在的主选混料泵"一拖二"问题和主再选混料桶缺少中心稳流筒问题进行设计改造.将原设计2台FZJ900主选旋流器优化改造为1台FZJ1200旋流器,并对旋流器结构尺寸进行优化调整;根据主再选混料桶结构,设计制作中心稳流筒,提高重介旋流器分选效果,改造后中煤带精降低4.2%,矸石带中煤降低0.2%.
Optimization and transformation practice of heavy medium separation system in Gongwusu Coal Mine Coal Preparation Plant
Aiming at the problem of"one dragging two"of the main selection mixing pump and the lack of a central steady flow cylinder in the main re-selection mixing tank in the second-stage production system of the Gongwusu Coal Preparation Plant,the heavy-medium separation system was designed and reformed.The original design of two FZJ900 main selection cyclones was optimized and transformed into one FZJ1200 cyclone,and the structural size of the cyclones was optimized and adjusted;according to the structure of the main re-selection mixing tank,the central flow stabilization cylinder was designed and manufactured to improve the weight The separation effect of the hydrocyclone is that after the transformation,the fine coal in the medium coal belt is reduced by 4.2%,and the medium coal in the gangue belt is reduced by 0.2%.
