Experimental study of step dry separation equipment in deep pre-discharge process of Shuguang Coal Mine
The working principle and main technical characteristics of JZM series of high efficiency step mineral separation equipment are introduced.The industrial test of pre-discharge of raw coal with the lower limit of dry separation of 3 mm is carried out by using this equipment in Shuang Coal preparation Plant.The results show that the JZM series of mineral efficient ladder separation equipment is used in coking coal preparation plant with high waste content,and the effect of waste discharge is good.It can improve the raw coal treatment capacity of coal preparation plant,save equipment maintenance costs,reduce production costs,and meet the relevant policies of national energy saving and low carbon production.
