Research and practice on reducing water content of commercial coal in coal preparation plant
This paper expounds the significance of coal preparation plant for water control of commercial coal,and the dehydration of fine coal slime is exactly the weak link in water control of coal preparation plant.Through the research and practice of coal slime dewatering process transformation,several coal preparation plants of Jinkong Coal Industry Group use coal slime drying,ultra-high pressure filter dewatering,coal slime reduction production and other means to effectively reduce the water content of commercial coal.The practical problems of coal product loading and unloading on trains in cold weather in winter are solved,and the purpose of improving quality and efficiency is realized.
