Practice and thinking on self management of teams in Tingnan Coal Preparation Plant
In view of the extensive team management,low cultural level,low skill quality and lack of competitiveness of coal mining enterprises,the importance of team independent management is emphasized.Taking Tingnan Coal Preparation Plant as an example,this paper analyzes on the problems existing in the team management,introduces the main practices in carrying out the activities of establishing the"six good"factory headquarters and creating the self managing team,and through strengthening the self managing work of the team,effectively tamps the basic work at the grass-roots level,and improves the self managing level of the team.
