精块煤筛下末各粒度级煤质指标差异分析及应用研究

为分析国能精块筛下末煤垛粒度分布特征及不同粒级组分的煤质差异,根据煤炭粒度筛分基本原理,通过对精块煤经自动筛分后堆垛的筛下末分层采样、分粒度级筛分,并对各层不同粒级煤炭分别化验,从而分析筛下末煤各层粒度分布、主要煤质指标变化及各层煤质情况.从试验结果可知:筛下末下层粒级在13 mm以上的占比超70%,下层煤炭水分低、灰分低、热值高,品质相对较好;随着粒级变小,全水分逐渐升高、灰分先降低后升高、热值先升后降.研究结果对解决筛下末各批次出库煤质差异、满足用户对筛下末煤质均匀性的需求提供了数据支撑及理论指导.
Analysis on the difference of coal quality indexes of different particle sizes of fine lump coal undersize powder and discussion on its application
In order to analyze the particle size distribution characteristics of the fine coal stack under the Guoneng fine block screen and the differences in coal quality of different particle size components,according to the basic principle of coal particle size screening,through the layered sampling and particle size screening of the fine block coal stacked after automatic screening,and the analysis of different particle size coal quality in each layer,the particle size distribution of each layer under the screen,changes in main coal quality indicators and coal quality of each layer are analyzed.From the experimental results,it can be seen that the proportion of particles with a particle size of over 13mm in the bottom layer of the sieve exceeds 70%.The coal in the lower layer has low total moisture,low ash content,high calorific value,and relatively good quality;As the particle size decreases,the total moisture gradually increases,the ash content first decreases and then increases,and the calorific value first increases and then decreases.The above research provides data support and theoretical guidance for solving the differences in the quality of coal discharged from each batch of undersize powder coal and meeting users'needs for uniformity of undersize powder coal quality.
