Application of moving particle bed on-line dust removal technology in low temperature pyrolysis of coal
In the process of low-rank coal pyrolysis,the online dust removal of high-temperature dustygas generated after pyrolysis has always been a fundamental problem plaguing low-rank coal pyrolysis.The gas produced after the retorting of low-rank coal has the characteristics of high temperature,complex composition,large dust content,easy condensation,etc.,easy to block pipelines and reduce the quality of coal tar,which cannot be continuously produced and cannot meet the demand for hydrogenation of back-end tar.At present,the"oil dust"separation of pyrolysis gas has become a bottleneck problem limiting the utilization of low-rank coal pyrolysis.Therefore,the development and application of high efficient online dust removal technology of high temperature dusty gas is of great significance to improve the energy utilization efficiency in the process of low temperature pyrolysis of coal and realize cleaner production.Particle bed dust removal technology is a newly developed dry dust removal technology suitable for high temperature and strong corrosive working conditions,which solves the problem of high temperature dust gas online purification.Among them,the moving particle bed filtration technology provides an effective way to solve the difficult problem of high temperature dust gas purification in coal pyrolysis due to its characteristics of both efficiency and pressure drop,good economy and strong adaptability to harsh environment.
