吸附+管式微滤工艺处理矿井水中CODcr的应用研究

选取山西某矿井水气浮产水为研究对象,采用吸附+化学反应管式微滤工艺去除产水中的CODcr和悬浮物,实验比较了不同吸附材料对CODcr和悬浮物的吸附、过滤效果,详细研究了管式微滤中PFS投加量、PAM投加量及管式膜孔径对水中CODcr、悬浮物去除的影响.结果表明,在活性炭吸附+化学反应管式微滤联合工艺处理后,采用0.1 μm孔径管式膜的技术经济指标最佳;CODcr和悬浮物去除率达到80%以上,产水CODcr稳定低于20 mg/L,达到地表水环境质量Ⅲ类标准要求.
Study on treatment of CODcr in mine water by adsorption+tube microfiltration
Taking the water-air flotation production of a mine in Shanxi as the treatment target,the adsorption filtration+chemical reaction tubular microfiltration process was used to remove CODcr and suspended solids in the produced water.The adsorption and filtration effects of different adsorbent materials on CODcr and suspended solids were compared experimentally and studied in detail.The effects of PFS dosage,PAM dosage and tubular membrane pore size on the removal of CODcr and suspended solids in the tubular microfiltration were studied.The results show that after activated carbon adsorption-chemical reaction tubular microfiltration combined process treatment,the use of 0.1 µm pore size tubular membrane is the most economical and technical,meet the requirements of Class Ⅲ standards for surface water environmental quality.
