Study on treatment of CODcr in mine water by adsorption+tube microfiltration
Taking the water-air flotation production of a mine in Shanxi as the treatment target, the adsorption filtration+chemical reaction tubular microfiltration process was used to remove CODcr and suspended solids in the produced water. The adsorption and filtration effects of different adsorbent materials on CODcr and suspended solids were compared experimentally and studied in detail. The effects of PFS dosage,PAM dosage and tubular membrane pore size on the removal of CODcr and suspended solids in the tubular microfiltration were studied. The results show that after activated carbon adsorption-chemical reaction tubular microfiltration combined process treatment, the use of 0.1 µm pore size tubular membrane is the most economical and technical, meet the requirements of Class Ⅲ standards for surface water environmental quality.
