沁新氧化煤难浮机理及可浮性改善研究

以沁新选煤厂氧化煤浮选入料为研究对象,从工业性质、表面含量官能团、表面亲疏水性等方面分析研究氧化煤的难浮机理,结果表明,氧化煤浮选入料与非氧化煤浮选入料相比,灰分、水分较高,固定碳含量下降,表面亲水性增加,浮选效率下降.沁新选煤厂通过优化氧化煤浮选药剂制度,对浮选系统进行工业调试,结果表明,与原药剂制度下的氧化煤浮选效果相比,调试后的尾煤灰分提高了 31.76%,精煤灰分降低了 1.14%,精煤产率提高了21.61%,优化后的浮选药剂制度对氧化煤的浮选效果有明显提高,可增加选煤厂的经济效益.
Study on the mechanism and improvement of floating ability of Qinxin oxidized coal
It discusses the flotation mechanism of oxidized coal by taking the oxidized coal flotation feed ofQinxin coal preparation plant as the research object,through the analysis of industrial properties,surface content functional groups and surface hydrophilicity.The results show that compared with the non-oxidized coal flotation feed,the oxidized coal flotation feed has increased ash,moisture,fixed carbon content,increased surface hydrophilicity and decreased flotation efficiency.Qinxin Coal preparation Plant carried out industrial commissioning of the flotation system by optimizing the oxidized coal flotation reagent system.The commissioning results showed that compared with the oxidized coal flotation effect under the original reagent system,the tail coal ash content increased by 31.76%,the cleaned coal ash content decreased by 1.14%,and the refined coal yield increased by 21.61%.The optimized flotation reagent system can obviously improve the flotation effect of oxidized coal and increase the economic benefit of coal preparation plant.
