谢桥选煤厂高泥化煤泥水絮凝沉降研究

分析了谢桥选煤厂入洗原煤的泥化试验以及煤泥性质,找出该厂煤泥水难处理的主要原因,并采用正交试验探究不同药剂制度对煤泥水沉降速度的影响规律.试验结果的极差分析表明,以澄清层浊度、沉降速度为考察指标,各因素主次为A(絮凝剂)>B(凝聚剂)>C(煤泥水浓度),最优沉降条件为A3B3C1;方差分析表明,絮凝剂浓度对该煤泥沉降后澄清层浊度以及沉降速度都有高显著影响.
Study on flocculation settlement of high slime water in Xieqiao Coal Preparation Plant
The treatment of high slime water has always been the difficulty and key point of coal preparation plants,and its treatment efficiency has seriously affected the normal production of coal preparation plants.This study examines the degree of slime in raw coal washed at Xieqiao coal preparation plant and its impact on the coal slime water treatment system through experimentation.The results indicate that the range analysis showed that the turbidity and sedimentation rate of the clarified layer were taken as the investigation indexes,and the primary and secondary factors were A(flocculant)>B(coagulant)>C(slime water concentration),and the optimal settlement conditions were A3B3C1.Analysis of variance showed that the concentration of flocculant had a significant effect on the turbidity and sedimentation rate of the clarified layer after the settling of the slime.
