Xingmei Coal Preparation Plant in Xinjiang is a supporting coal preparation plant for No.1 Mine in Tashidian Mining Area.After conducting research on the product structure and clean coal market,it has been determined that this coal preparation plant can produce conventional gas coking coal products and also silicon clean coal products as polycrystalline silicon reducing agents.Silicon clean coal products have high added value and strict requirements for ash and iron content,making it extremely difficult to separate.In order to maximize the economic benefits of the coal preparation plant and adapt to fluctuations in raw coal quality,the optimal product plan was determined based on various raw coal quality data.Process selection analysis was conducted on the optimal product plan,and the impact of medium consumption on the iron content of the product was analyzed.The optimal product structure of this coal preparation plant was determined to be silicon clean coal+gas coke coal,and the optimal production process was the main washing of the three product heavy medium cyclone and the re washing of the three product heavy medium cyclone.
