浓缩旋流器底流口直径对粗煤泥回收产率的影响

针对芦村一号矿选煤厂粗煤泥回收工艺中浓缩旋流器存在溢流灰分较低的问题,提出更改原旋流器底流口尺寸的方案.对更改前后旋流器底流及溢流的煤泥分析结果表明,在入料压力为0.12 MPa、底流口直径为100 mm时,溢流煤泥灰分明显升高,避免了溢流跑粗,提高了粗煤泥回收率.
The influence of the diameter of the underflow orifice on the concentration cyclone
This article introduces thecoal slime recovery process system of the Lucun No.1 Coal Preparation Plant,optimizes the problems existing in the coal slime recovery process of the coal preparation plant,and proposes a plan to change the diameter of the bottom flow port of the original cyclone.By analyzing the underflow and overflow coal slurry of the cyclone before and after the modification,the results show that when the feed pressure is 0.12Mpa and the diameter of the underflow port is 100mm,the ash content of the overflow slime increases obviously,the recovery rate and economic benefit of coarse coal slime can be improved effectively.
