Health state prediction and maintenance system of coal preparation plant equipment
This paper mainly obtains the status data(temperature,vibration,current)of the washing equipment of the coal preparation plant in real time,and real-time monitoring of the operating status of the equipment,cleans and stores the real-time collected data,establishes the mechanism model and fault knowledge base of the equipment,regularly predicts and analyzes the status data of the equipment through the mechanism model,finds the abnormal state of the equipment,gives the cause of the fault and maintenance suggestions through the knowledge base,so as to improve the operation and maintenance level of the equipment.
