This paper analyzed the problems of coal slime treatment and product structure in Zhengtong coal preparation plant,compared the methods of reducing the water content of coal slime products,put forward the use of STC2000 ultra-high pressure filter press to dehydrate and improve the quality of coal slime,introduced the structure and working principle of the equipment,and described the transformation of the key technology system of ultra-high pressure filter dewatering recovery of coal slime.Practice has proved that STC2000 ultra-high pressure filter press has been running stably and reducing the coal slime moisture by about 8％since it was installed and put into operation,The improved dry pulverized coal slime can be directly mixed with other coal preparation products after crushing to optimize the product structure and improve the added value of coal slime.The economic and social benefits were significant,and the application prospect was broad.
