煤杯垫在胶质层指数测定中的可替代研究

Study on the substitutability of coal cup pad applied in the determination of plastometric indices

以陶瓷纤维制品作为新型煤杯垫测定胶质层指数,通过试验研究探讨其替代传统石棉圆垫的可能性.研究表明,人工法和自动法使用新型煤杯垫测定的胶质层最大厚度(Y值)结果均在有证标准物质的认定值的不确定度范围内;使用新型煤杯垫和石棉圆垫测定的胶质层最大厚度(F值)结果的正确度和精密度均没有显著性差异,2种不同材质的煤杯垫可相互替代;用新型煤杯垫测定的最终收缩度(X值)与用石棉圆垫测定的最终收缩度(X值)相比存在系统偏高的现象,但其差值均在GB/T 479-2016规定的再限性内.新型煤杯垫与传统的石棉圆垫测定胶质层指数的体积曲线变化规律一致,体积曲线类型相同.
Take ceramic fiber products as new type of coal cup pads to determine the plastometric indices,and the possibility of replacing the traditional asbestos round pads is discussed through experimental study.The results show that the maximum thickness(Y value)of the plastic layers measured by using the new type of coal cup pad of both manual method and automatic methodare within the uncertainty range of the Certified Reference Material.There is no significant difference in the accuracy and precision of the maximum thickness(Y value)measured by the new type of coal cup pads and the asbestos round pads,and the two different materials of coal cup pads can replace each other.The final shrinkage(X value)measured by new type of coal cup pads are systematically higher than that measured by the asbestos round pads,but its differences are within the reproducibility limits specified in GB/T 479-2016.The volume curve of the new type of coal cup pads are consistent with that of the traditional asbestos round pads.
