The intelligent development of coal sampling and preparation equipment is a requirement of the digital process of the coal industry.With the maturity of technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence,online control technology for sampling and preparation has become an important direction for the development of coal quality inspection.This article introduces the process based intelligent coal sampling system and its workflow from the aspects of mechanical system,electrical system,intelligent sampling system and remote control,intelligent start stop,online sampling,automatic collection,and full process perception of coal samples.It analyzes the performance advantages of the intelligent sampling system compared to traditional mechanized equipment,and elaborates on the application of the process based intelligent coal sampling system.Based on the problems existing in the application of the process based intelligent coal sampling and preparation system,the reasons were analyzed and solutions were provided.
