燃煤电厂燃料技术监督是提高燃料采制化设备可靠性,保障燃料数质量验收结果真实准确,提升燃煤电厂燃料管理水平的重要手段.在煤炭价格上涨的情况下,燃料验收的准确性对于燃煤电厂控制成本、提高机组运行控制水平具有重要意义.为此,单一技术层面的燃料监督已经不能满足当前的验收工作要求,需从燃料管理的体制机制、人员廉洁从业教育、燃料采购、煤场、采制化设备、燃料智能化、数据分析等方面进行全面监督.以某电厂为例,对燃料全过程监督存在的问题及对策措施进行分析,解决燃料技术监督覆盖面不足的问题,进一步堵住燃煤电厂燃料管理的风险防控漏洞.
Fuel technology supervision in coal-fired power plants is an important means to improve the reliability of fuel extraction equipment,ensure the authenticity and accuracy of fuel quality inspection results,and improve the level of fuel management in coal-fired power plants.In the case of rising coal prices,the accuracy of fuel acceptance is of great significance to control the cost of coal-fired power plants and improve the control level of unit operation.Therefore,fuel supervision at a single technical level can no longer meet the current acceptance requirements,and comprehensive supervision should be carried out from the aspects of fuel management system and mechanism,personnel integrity education,fuel procurement,coal field,processing equipment,fuel intelligence,data analysis,etc.The paper takes a power plant as an example to analyze the problems and countermeasures in the whole process of fuel supervision.The problem of insufficient coverage of fuel technology supervision has been solved,and the risk prevention and control loopholes in fuel management of coal-fired power plants have been further plugged.
