摘要
鄂尔多斯色连二矿选煤厂将自动化控制技术和信息技术相结合,建设了智能化选煤厂.系统实现生产数据、监测监控数据、设备运行数据的采集、展示和分析决策,生产过程智能控制与洗选工艺智能化,推进信息与生产工艺环节之间完全融合、共享.智能选煤系统的应用给选煤厂在经济、安全、管理等方面带来了显著提升,达到提质降本增效的目的.
Abstract
Taking the Second Coal Preparation Plant of Erdos Selen Coal Mine as an example,the overall design for the construction of an intelligent coal preparation plant is carried out by combining automation control technology and information technology.The system realizes the collection,display,analysis,and decision-making of production data,monitoring and monitoring data,and equipment operation data,and intelligentizes production process control and washing process,promoting the complete integration and sharing of information and production process links.The application of intelligent coal preparation systems has brought significant improvements to the economy,safety,management,and other aspects of coal preparation plants,achieving the goal of improving quality,reducing costs,and increasing efficiency.
