It introduces the problems of high coal rate of bulk gangue belt and poor working environment of hand sorting workers in raw coal preparation workshop of Tashan coal preparation plant.By analyzing the advantages of intelligent dry sorting machine and investigating the application effect,the technical transformation of intelligent dry sorting instead of manual sorting is implemented in raw coal preparation workshop of Tashan coal preparation plant,which reduces the coal rate of bulk gangue belt and improves the working environment of hand sorting workers.And bring better economic and social benefits for enterprises.
