The paper expounds that the belt conveyor,the main transportation equipment of coal preparation plant,will run off the belt due to various reasons during operation,resulting in the problems of coal spreading,folding and tearing of the belt.The following alignment principle of parallel aligning rollers can adjust the deviation of the belt in several positions such as the heavy weight drum,the tail drum,and the reversing drum,so as to solve the problem of incorrect alignment due to the interference of the reversing of the drum.
