Process reform scheme of raw coal system in Liuzhuang Coal Preparation Plant
It describes that due to the improvement of mining capacity in Liuzhuang Mine,the designed production capacity of coal preparation plant cannot meet the production needs,and puts forward three production process transformation schemes for graded washing of raw coal with grain size less than 50 mm.After comparison,it is proposed to adopt a 13 mm grading scheme,and raw coal with grain grade less than 13 mm is directly used as the product,and only 50～13 mm grain grade raw coal is washed.The designed maximum processing capacity of the existing production system is 5.24Mt/a,all of which is used to process raw coal with 50～13mm grain grade.According to the existing coal quality data,it is inferred that the theoretical processing capacity of the coal preparation plant can be increased to 17.73Mt/a,which is 2.38 times higher than the designed capacity,and the current production capacity is obviously improved.At the same time,it can reduce the production cost of tons of coal,coal slime yield,medium loss and drug consumption,and improve economic benefits.
