Research and practice on the intelligent control of jigger separation process in Heidaigou Coal Preparation Plant
In order to solve the problems of the low automation degree,poor control accuracy,and low production efficiency of the jigging system,Shenhua Zhuneng Heidaigou coal preparation plant has carried out an intelligent renovation of the jigging system by adopting the modern analysis and detection technology,applying the intelligent control technology,and establishing the comprehensive data platform.The renovation practice has successfully achieved the intelligent control of the jigger parameters,the accurate control of cleaned coal ash,and the intelligent warning of faults.The overall production efficiency has been significantly improved by 11.88%.
