The causes of the water overflow accident caused by the aggregate bucket overflow in the main building of Yuwu Coal Preparation Plant were analyzed,and a set of aggregate bucket overflow early warning system was developed for the main building of the module,which solved the problem of the overflow of a large amount of slime water in the main washing workshop due to insufficient inspection or lack of personnel.The production centralized control system can lock the 3816 water pump in time to stop,and effectively avoid environmental accidents caused by coal slime water overflow.
