This paper analyzed the problems existing in coal quality management,such as the imperfect coal quality management system and the insufficient control of run-of-mine coal and commercial coal.Based on the situation of complex geological conditions in the mine shaft and unstable coal quality,this paper proposed the main measures of strengthening the coal quality management:improving the quality management system;strengthening the quality management of run-of-mine coal;strengthening the quality control of working surface to ensure the stable quality of raw coal with rational exploitation,taking educational activities of Special Rectification of Debris;strengthening the dynamic control of the quality of commercial coal,vigorously reinforcing assessment of the moisture content of commercial coal,paying close attention to the management of outsourcing coal blending,carrying out the"three zero"project,optimizing product structure,etc.Through the above measures,impurity content of run-of-mine coal and clean coal is reduced,quality of commercial coal is enhanced,a good brand of quality is established,quality and efficiency get improved.
